We want you to love your Hario brewing equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used filters or consumables cannot be returned.

Carefully pack your items in their original Hario box and protective wrap to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
