How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Shipping is free on all orders over $75; otherwise, a flat rate of $8.50 applies.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, used coffee filters or consumables cannot be returned.
Are Hario products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our glass products are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, components made of olive wood, brass, or specific plastics should be hand-washed. Please check the specific product manual included in your box for care instructions.

Do you offer a warranty on your brewing equipment?
